SettlePou Welcomes Two New Shareholders

SettlePou commenced its 40th Anniversary with the election of two new shareholders in the Firm’s Dallas office. Lauren N. Beverly and Braden M. Wayne were announced as shareholders at SettlePou’s annual Holiday Party on December 14th, where the Firm celebrated numerous employee milestones and achievements.
Lauren N. Beverly is a member of SettlePou’s Commercial Litigation and Creditor’s Rights & Bankruptcy sections, where she provides a broad spectrum of services in all aspects of workouts, foreclosures, bankruptcy, commercial collection litigation, and lender liability defense. Lauren is a member of the JL Turner Legal Association and the Junior League of Dallas.
Braden M. Wayne is a member of SettlePou’s Commercial Litigation and Corporate & Business Counsel sections, where he advises start-ups and established businesses through equity, financing, and real estate transactions, as well as all aspects of litigation. Braden is a member of the Dallas Association of Young Lawyers and was recently selected by D Magazine as one of Dallas’ Best Attorneys Under 40.
