SettlePou Proud to be a Part of Closing of Champions Center Development

SettlePou real estate partners, Jeff Porter and Jeff Mosteller
recently assisted LRIC Properties, a Dallas-based retail developer, in its
acquisition of 54 acres across from Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth,Texas
to develop Champions Center, a 450,000-square-foot retail and restaurant power
center. SettlePou will continue to assist LRIC in its development
of the property, which is a core part of Champions Circle, the 279-acre
commercial mixed-use project under development by Fine Line Diversified
Development at the intersection of Interstate 35W and State Highway 114. The center will front on State Highway 114, directly across from the Speedway.
Phase I, scheduled for completion in the fall 2016, will focus on national
restaurant tenants including Chick-fil-A, Starbucks, Buffalo Wild Wings,
Whataburger, Texas Road House, and Panda Express. Phase II is scheduled
for completion in fall 2017, with a focus on big box retailers, including Ross
and Marshalls. Other planned components of Champions Circle include: a 350,000-square-foot
Tanger Factory Outlets, Buc-ee’s Travel Center (opening Memorial Day weekend),
the Dallas-Fort Worth Marriott Hotel & Golf Club, and 837 apartment units. SettlePou’s Real Estate Section continues to expand its national
representation of developers, purchasers, sellers and managers of retail and
office properties.
