SettlePou is honored again this year with several recognitions in the 2018 Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine.

Among them is attorney Byron L. Kelley. Being an excellent listener is the cornerstone of Byron’s practice. This is the sixth consecutive year Byron has been named a Texas Rising Star.

Attorney Katherine L. Killingsworth was also recognized in the 2018 Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine. Katherine has always enjoyed working hard, starting her first job at only 13. Katherine incorporates this work ethic into her legal practice, which is one of the reasons this is the seventh consecutive year Katherine has been named a Texas Rising Star.

Selected for a fifth consecutive year as a Super Lawyers Magazine 2018 Rising Star is Jeremy Overbey. Jeremy grew up moving. Having attended school in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arizona, Wyoming and Mississippi, he learned the skill of adaptability. Jeremy uses this skill to his advantage in the practice of law, with an ability to assess and navigate the twists and turns of each case.

Also honored in the 2018 Texas Rising Stars list by Super Lawyers Magazine is attorney Michael Steinmark. From a family of entrepreneurs and small business owners, Michael is particularly attuned and responsive to the needs of his clients, both in litigation and transactional matters. This is the seventh consecutive year Michael has been named a Texas Rising Star, and eighth overall.

Selected for the seventh consecutive year as a Super Lawyers Magazine 2018 Rising Star is Dan Tobin.
