Wiley “Q” Oliver

Q Oliver is a member of SettlePou’s Commercial Lending team. He is a native of Dallas and an alum of both Texas Tech University and Texas A&M University School of Law. His practice focuses on real estate transactions including consumer lending, asset-based loan transactions, construction loans, and warehouse lines of credit.

About

Q began his professional career here at SettlePou. He joined the Commercial Lending section after law school and has enjoyed every moment since. He has experience in drafting loan agreements for: loans involving real estate and non-real estate collateral; warehouse lines of credit; development loans for national home builders; and consumer purpose transactions, including purchases, refinances, and improvements to property. He also has experience in reviewing and solving title issues, and loan modifications.

In his personal life, Q enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and dog. He also is an avid sports fan - whether it is football, basketball, baseball, or golf, he tries to go to as many sporting events as he can. In addition, he plays in a recreational softball league and plays rounds of golf often. When he gets the chance, his favorite vacation spot is in the mountains, skiing.
