ABOUT


Jeff is head of the firm’s Real Estate section. In his Real Estate practice, Jeff represents purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, asset and property managers, institutional investors, borrowers, and lenders in connection with all types of properties, including office, retail, multi-family, medical and industrial properties, undeveloped land, and golf and resort properties. He also assists individual, business, and institutional clients with the acquisition, development, management, leasing, and sale of such properties, as well as the creation of easements and review of title matters.

A particular focus of Jeff’s Real Estate practice is assisting all manner of clients in negotiating retail, office, industrial, and medical office leases, whether as a landlord or a tenant.

Jeff’s practice also comprises Business Counsel Services, including business entity formation and contract drafting and review for all types of business clients.

When he’s not at the office, Jeff enjoys spending time outdoors with his family and traveling.

Jeff Mosteller focuses his practice on commercial property management & leasing as well as transactional matters. With a meticulous nature and an inclination for writing, he is well suited to his primary practice area of Real Estate as well as the related area of Business Counsel Services. He places great emphasis on providing responsive service to his clients.
