  • About

    Michael represents and advises national and regional banks, institutional lenders and servicers, real estate investment companies, and real estate joint ventures in all aspects of real estate and personal property secured loans, including real property title/environmental issues, title review, title claims, negotiation and drafting of real estate purchase/sale contracts, oil and gas rights, loan workouts, loan and security instruments, liquidation, foreclosure, bankruptcy, federal and state litigation, UCC issues, SBA and USDA liquidation/foreclosure processes, eviction, and estate administrations.  Michael’s practice includes both commerical and consumer loans as well as unsecured loans.

    Michael is the director of all commercial and residential real estate foreclosures for firm clients and includes examination of title and underlying documents, drafting all legal documents, assessing and resolving title issues pre and post foreclosure, property tax issues, negotiating and drafting real estate purchase contracts and correlating documents through final disposition and closing.

    He announces high school football games for the Berkner Rams, and his hobbies include playing guitar, basketball, softball, fishing, watching sports, and spending time with his wife and son.
