Joseph has experience in a wide range of work for lenders, including: drafting documents for term and line of credit loans secured by real estate or personal and business assets; modifying existing agreements; perfecting lien and security interests; and reviewing and resolving lien, title and survey issues, and lease and development restrictions.

Joseph D. Lopez helps lenders with their asset-based lending transactions for working capital and the purchase, construction, development or refinance of raw land and improved property all over the United States.
