  • About

An early love of politics sparked Eric’s reverence for the law and his appreciation for formulating sound arguments.  As a philosophy major Eric became accustomed to questioning and analyzing the assumptions that underpin a given problem.  This naturally serves him well in quickly identifying the various facets each new case brings and the myriad of potential paths to resolution that exist.  Eric focuses his practice on representing residential mortgage lenders and servicers, insurers and their insureds, and financial institutions in state and federal courts and is active in all aspects of litigation from inception through trial.

Outside of work, Eric is a family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and son.  He enjoys reading, traveling, fly-fishing, golfing and is an avid cook.
