Charles R. Curran
While he originally envisioned himself becoming a research scientist, Charles Curran’s career path was forever changed after he took a public health law class while pursuing his Master’s in Public Health. He immediately latched on to the orderly and structured way in which lawyers and courts view legal issues. Throughout his legal career, he has been able to apply the problem-solving and organizational skills he learned in his scientific education to resolving both routine and complex issues for his clients.
Areas of Practice:
Charles has been representing financial services clients throughout his legal career. In addition to conducting judicial foreclosures while he was practicing law in Kansas, Charles has also defended bank and non-bank mortgage servicers against borrower claims both as a litigator and as an in-house attorney.
In his spare time, Charles enjoys spending time with his wife, reading, and cooking.
