COMMERCIAL FORECLOSURES

SettlePou’s Creditor’s Rights Section represents lenders in all aspects of the commercial foreclosure process involving real and personal property.  The Section has developed a cost efficient pre- and post-foreclosure process that includes a thorough review and analysis of the lender’s lien rights, loan documents, and corresponding Texas law to ensure lenders avoid common and sometimes hidden pitfalls associated with foreclosures.  The analysis is followed with the  assessment of the lender’s rights and remedies and preparation of all notices and documents required by the Texas Property Code.  SettlePou also represents its clients in eviction proceedings and negotiation of leases when needed.
