Something Old – Something New at SettlePou
SettlePou recently added four attorneys. Michael Steinmark and Braden Wayne, both experienced litigators with backgrounds in corporate counsel, litigation and insurance matters, have returned to SettlePou’s Litigation, Insurance and Business Counsel Services sections.
Michael Steinmark rejoins the Firm’s Litigation and Business Counsel Services sections, where he serves in an Of Counsel capacity, providing the Firm’s clients with both trial and transactional support. Michael has handled arbitrations, administrative proceedings, and lawsuits in state and federal courts across Texas and in neighboring states, and has represented startup and established private and public businesses in outside general counsel matters, employment, and real estate issues.
Braden Wayne rejoined the Firm’s Litigation and Business Counsel Services sections, providing corporate litigation and business counsel services to an array of clients, from financial institutions and healthcare providers to third-party insurers and retailers. Prior to rejoining SettlePou, Braden served as General Counsel for one of the largest diamond wholesalers and jewelry retailers in the country, where he was responsible for all legal matters, human resources, real estate acquisitions, and enterprise growth.
