Work Experience:
Scott Conrad represents banks and other institutional lenders in syndicated and unsyndicated credit facilities secured by producing oil and gas properties as well as credit facilities involving commercial mortgages, lines of credit, working capital loans and other asset based loans. Mr. Conrad is also a member of the firm's Real Estate Section and specializes on the creation, operation and representation of property owners associations for planned developments and condominiums. Mr. Conrad has extensive experience in the area of civil litigation including complex commercial matters and eminent domain representation for the firm's real estate, financial, business and individual clientel.
