Michael Byrd is the chair of SettlePou's Business Counsel Services practice.

Mr. Byrd is a member of SettlePou's Commercial Litigation practice.

Mr. Byrd uses his unique background as both a litigator and transactional attorney to bring a different perspective to the firm's business clients. As chair of the Business Counsel Services practice, Mr. Byrd leads both the Health Care group and the Private Business group in this section. Mr. Byrd manages all legal matters as outside counsel for private businesses and physician/dental practices, including oversight of litigation and transactional issues. As a member of SettlePou's Commercial Litigation practice, Mr. Byrd has successfully defended and prosecuted a wide range of business and commercial cases.
