Work Experience:
Mr. Steinmark’s litigation experience encompasses representation of outdoor advertising companies, financial institutions, insurers, and other businesses in a broad range of commercial disputes, including regulatory, eminent domain, contract, insurance defense, and lending matters. He handles pre-suit demands, initial pleadings, written discovery, depositions, court appearances, trial preparation, trial, and settlement. Mr. Steinmark also has experience in appellate cases and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.
Mr. Steinmark’s transactional experience includes representation of startup and existing private and public businesses in outside general counsel matters, prosecution of federal and state trademark applications, business entity planning and formation, corporate governance, contracts, employment, and real estate issues. Mr. Steinmark also has experience representing landlords and tenants in commercial leasing transactions, and real estate developers in the creation of property owners associations for planned developments and condominiums.
