Work Experience:
Marsha Dekan has extensive experience representing banks and lending institutions, commercial entities and individuals. Ms. Dekan's representation includes services ranging from loan documentation to default and workout law and other business matters, including representation of creditors in Bankruptcy Courts. Ms. Dekan's practice also focuses on matters relating to property rights, including estate planning and probate matters, with particular experience in the area of creditor probate matters and commercial collection matters. Ms. Dekan is a lecturer for numerous clients, trade groups, legal education organizations, and community groups.
