Work Experience:
Jeff Porter is the chair of SettlePou's Real Estate Transactions practice. Mr. Porter has nearly three decades of experience in real estate matters involving the purchase and sale, development, financing, leasing, management, and construction of all manner of real estate projects. Mr. Porter represents asset and property managers, buyers, sellers, owners, investors, developers, and contractors in regards to all types of real estate projects, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial and golf and resort properties. Mr. Porter's practice also includes general business representation of corporations and individuals in various industries.
