Jeff Porter is the chair of SettlePou's Real Estate Transactions practice. Mr. Porter has more than two decades of experience in real estate matters involving the purchase and sale of all types of improved and unimproved real estate, real estate development, financing, leasing, management, and construction. Mr. Porter represents asset and property managers, buyers, sellers, owners, investors, developers, and contractors in regards to all types of real estate projects, including office, retail, multi-family, industrial and golf and resort properties. Mr. Porter's practice also includes general business representation of corporations and individuals in various industries.
