Work Experience:
Jeff Mosteller is a member of SettlePou's Real Estate Transactions practice. Mr. Mosteller's practice focuses primarily on representing purchasers, sellers, owners, developers, landlords, tenants, asset and property managers, institutional investors, borrowers and lenders in connection with various types of properties, including office, retail, multi-family, medical and industrial properties, undeveloped land as well as golf and resort properties. Mr. Mosteller assists individual, business and institutional clients with respect to such matters as the acquisition, development, management, leasing and sale of such properties, creation of easements, and review of title matters affecting such properties. In addition, Mr. Mosteller’s practice includes general business representation of clients in such areas as business entity formation and the drafting and review of contracts.
