Jay Reyero is a member of SettlePou’s Business Counsel Services and Creditor’s Rights practice groups.

Mr. Reyero is able to utilize his background as both a litigator and transactional attorney to bring a unique perspective to the firm’s business clients. Mr. Reyero’s Business Counsel Services practice focuses on business entity formation and planning (for-profit and non-profit), corporate governance, healthcare regulatory compliance, and contracts for the firm’s healthcare and private business clients. Mr. Reyero has worked extensively with physicians and physician groups as well as provided outside counsel services to a diverse range of private businesses.

As a member of SettlePou’s Creditor’s Rights practice, Mr. Reyero represents banks and non-banking clients providing a broad spectrum of services in all aspects of workouts and commercial collection litigation.
