Work Experience:
Garth Fennegan is a member of SettlePou's Commercial Litigation practice. Mr. Fennegan concentrates his practice on general commercial litigation, with an emphasis on consumer financial services litigation. Mr. Fennegan represents clients in State and Federal Court cases involving various types of claims, including mortgage lending practices, fraud, breach of contract, fair debt collection practices, products liability, mortgage banking and servicing, negligence, Deceptive Trade Practices, asset recovery, as well as other commercial dispute claims. In the course of representing his lender clients, Mr. Fennegan has been extensively involved with the Home Equity lending litigation in the State of Texas since its inception.
