  • About

Byron was inspired to study law by a favorite uncle who seemed to know something about everything. As an attorney, Byron likes learning about the different fields in which his clients work, and enjoys helping people and companies resolve problems. He holds an undergraduate degree in communication studies and excels in written and oral communication with clients, adversaries, courts, and juries. Byron’s litigation practice consists of mortgage lending litigation, products liability defense, contract disputes, negligence actions, Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act claims, and insurance defense.

When he’s not working, Byron plays golf and keeps up with college football. He also likes to zip line in East Texas and serves as a reader in his church.
