  • About

Following undergraduate school, Don worked for three years as a field youth counselor counseling juvenile delinquents and their families as part of the Oklahoma Juvenile Court System. The experiences in this job led him to his interest in law school. The listening and analytical skills Don gained in his career before law school, together with his years working as in-house counsel, have served well in his representation of lenders across the nation. He is able to see matters from the lender’s perspective.

He also provides expertise in the firm’s Creditor’s Rights & Bankruptcy practices, including collateralization, foreclosure, bankruptcy, and defensive litigation.
