David O'Dens is the chair of SettlePou's Creditor's Rights practice.
Mr. O'Dens has successfully represented creditors in all aspects of workouts, foreclosures (non-judicial and judicial), bankruptcy, commercial collection litigation and lender liability defense. As Chair of SettlePou's creditor's rights practice, he has acquired substantial experience in all aspects of creditor representation in bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary litigation.
Mr. O'Dens also has substantial experience in representing real estate brokers and agents in real estate litigation. Mr. O'Dens has successfully handled all types of claims against real estate professionals, including defending claims of breach of contract, deceptive trade practices, fraud in the sale of real estate, common law fraud, negligent misrepresentation, negligence and the like.
