HISTORY

In 1978, John D. Settle, Jr. and Robert L. Pou III joined forces to form the firm of Settle & Pou with a primary focus on commercial lending and real estate transactions.  Over the next 15 years, the alliance added other disciplines to its expertise, primarily by joining with other experienced attorneys to lead these groups. Since the early 1990s, the Firm has grown adding young lawyers to support the burgeoning client base to best serve its clients’ many needs.
